- Offer includes removal and disposal of old condensing unit; recovering the old refrigerant charge; installation of a new condensing unit; vacuuming down and charging the new unit with refrigerant.
- Offer excludes pad, code upgrades, evaporator coil, line set, electrical, etc. These services can be added for an additional fee.
- Permits are not included. If project requires a permit we will coordinate and secure; the customer is responsible for cost of permit, as cost varies by project type and local area.
