This is the most experienced crew of HVAC people I’ve ever encountered. I’m not going to name names here (except Steven who is the owner of the company), but here’s what happened at our house in Welches: A tech showed up to check out our 2009 Bryant heat pump, and the thing sounded like a train wreck when the tech tried to restart it. Replacing the compressor in that outdoor unit wasn’t an option. Steven recommended replacing everything with Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat mini splits. The crew installed 3 Mitsubishi outdoor units and 6 indoor in just two days. Then, they came back to remove all of the old system a few days later. Another thing: I am really impressed with how these guys try to minimize the “gutters” that you run mini-split line-sets through. This is a very talented crew, and I highly recommend them!
