Our technician was Patrick. He did the most amazing job fixing our Daikin unit!!!
He did a preliminary walk through of each indoor unit. He then LISTENED to what we had to say and checked the outdoor unit. Which was the cause of our issues. We were low on coolant.
I was absolutely impressed by Patrick and his professionalism that I signed up on the spot for yearly maintenance!

Can't say enough, the entire process was hassle free and easy. We had a Mitsubishi system installed and it is very quiet, efficient and evenly heats every room regardless of its size. A bit over a year ago, we replaced our gas furnace and A/C with a heating and cooling heat pump from this company. They wisely advised we also have a gas furnace for backup.
As it turns out, the heating part of the heat pump really hasn't worked well. When we finally realized that, we called and they came out.
Numerous service visits plus one visit including the manufacturer's expert, we are on the way to a full replacement.
The owner has kept me informed. To me, the measure of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong.
